Any Magistrate may direct a search to be made in his presence of any place for the search of which he is competent to issue a search-warrant.

Offence

Attempt to commit culpable homicide.

If such act causes hurt to any person.
Punishment

  • Three years, or with fine, or with both; and, if hurt is caused to any person by such act, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, or with fine, or with both.

  • Imprisonment for 7 years, or fine, or both.
